God Reveals His Glory In All Of Creation

Satan's Fall From Glory

After God spoke all of creation into existence, He declared it was good. [Genesis 1:31] Everything God created was good, before sin tainted His perfect world. His world was without sin and corruption.

At that point in time, the only rebellion against a holy and perfect God was the fallen angel, Satan.
Isaiah 14:12-15-How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! 13- You said in your heart, “I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. 14- I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the most High.” 15- But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit.[hell]

This is Isaiah’s symbolic account of Satan and his ambitions, followed by his fall from heaven to earth. [Revelation 12:7-9] There was a great war in heaven. Michael the Archangel  and his angels fought against Satan and his angels. Michael hurled Satan out of heaven and down to earth, along with his angels. This was sometime before the fall of man because Satan was the angel that tempted Eve and caused Eve, then Adam, to commit the first sins of man.

Before this, the world was perfect, without sin, without the curse.

Satan’s fall is described in Ezekiel 28:11-18-The word of the Lord came to me: 12- “Son of man, take up a lament concerning the king of Tyre and say to him: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: “’You were the model of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. 13- You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz, and emerald, chrysolite, onyx and jasper, sapphire, turquoise and beryl. Your settings and mountings were made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared. 14- You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for so I ordained you. You were on the holy mount of God; you walked among the fiery stones. 15- You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created until wickedness was found in you. 16- Through your widespread trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God and I expelled you, O guardian cherub, from the fiery stones. 17- Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to earth; I made a spectacle of you before kings. 18- By your many sins and dishonest trade you have desecrated your sanctuaries. So I made a fire come out from you, and it consumed you, and reduced you to ashes on the ground in the sight of all who were watching.

In Ezekiel’s account of Satan, he is described as the model of perfection and beauty. Full of wisdom.

This is another example of God creating perfection and beauty.

God Created the Garden of Eden

[Genesis 2:8-14] The Lord planted the Garden of Eden in the east, in Eden. God put Adam[The first man] in the garden. The Lord made all kinds of trees that were pleasing to the eyes and good to eat. In the middle of this picturesque garden, He[God] placed the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

There was a river that watered all the gardens flowing from Eden; from there it separated into four headwaters. The first was Pishon. It winded through the entire land of Havilah where there is gold. The gold of that land was good, aromatic resin and onyx were also there. The second river was Gihon. The third river was Tigris. The forth was Euphrates.  All of these flowed from the Garden of Eden.

The Garden of Eden was undoubtedly the most beautiful garden that has ever been on the face of the earth or will ever be. God created it especially for Adam and Eve. There were fruit trees that were not only beautiful to look at, they produced delicious fruit. Adam and Eve lived in a paradise with all their needs met by the Lord, with no need of working.

Philippians 4:19 –  And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

Jeremiah 29:11-12- For I know the plans I have for you; declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12- Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.

God tells us in His Word not to worry. He will meet all our needs. He knows what we need. He will deliver us from the valley of uncertainty. He promises us. He also promises to lead His faithful into prosperity and hope. And to grow us in His faith so we will know it is Him who is blessing us. That we will recognize His blessings and give Him praise for his blessings. That we will know we did not accomplish these things on our own. [James 1:17- Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the Heavenly lights, who does not change like the shifting shadows.]

2 Corinthians 9:8- And God is able to make all grace abound in you, so that in all things in all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

God will bless you to the point of overflow. Why? So you can bless others. However God blesses you, bless others. The more God blesses you, bless other people. God will bless you even more.

Has God blessed you? Has he revealed His glory in your life? He likes to create beauty. We see that in Satan. We see that in the Garden of Eden.

God also revealed his glory in every person he creates. He especially revealed his glory when he created You. Uniquely different from anyone else.

In order to receive God’s glory and favor in our lives, we must do our part. We must make a choice. We must choose Jesus. It is a personal choice.

We have this lifetime to make the most important decision that effects were we will spend eternity. This life is a preamble to eternity.  Once we step into eternity, we have made our choice. If a person did not choose Jesus in this life, then sadly, Satan claims that person for all eternity. That person lives in hell forever separated from God.

God reveals his glory in all creation, the heavens, all living things, the waters, the mountains, the deserts. If a person chooses to ignore God, and His glory that is all around us, the person is rejecting God himself.

The person who rejects the living God is choosing Satan and hell.

To accept Jesus, as your Lord and Savior, you must believe he paid the price for your sins at the hands of the Roman soldiers. The beatings he suffered by their cat of nine tails that ripped into his innocent flesh was for your[everyone’s] sins. Our punishment for our sins. He was crucified on that terrible cross for our sins.[He had no sin] He died and descended into hell where he spent three days declaring his victory over sin and death.  He was taking our place in hell for our[everyone’s] sins. On the third day, God ascended him out of hell and the grave. Now Jesus is in heaven with the Father. You must believe he took your punishment for your sins. [Paid in Full] Jesus’ salvation is a free gift.

If you would like to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, pray this prayer. If you truly want Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and to forgive you of your sins, and secure your place in heaven, pray it more than once.

Believers Prayer: Lord Jesus, I need you. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I am sorry for all my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be. Thank you Lord Jesus. A-men.

Do not be afraid to pray this pray more than once. If you prayed this pray and truly meant it, God heard your prayer. God’s Holy Spirit covers this earth. You are now a Christian. You received God’s eternal forgiveness for your sins. The Holy Spirit dwells within you. He[The Holy Spirit] will dwell within you until the day you are escorted to glory by an angel. The scriptures tell us that.

As a new Christian, it is very important to pray, read your bible, and attend church as often as possible. We learn to see God’s glory all around us and appreciate Him for it.

I pray that the Lord will grow you in His faith and love,

JA Ireland
